World Peace Day- Thoughts From My 10 Year Old

Today is World Peace Day, or the UN designated International Day of Peace. World Peace Day is about stopping war in certain countries so that other forces can drop needed supplies to the people in need of them most. It is also about making friendships that will last.

If you can stop war for a day, then you can stop it for two days.

If you can stop it for two days, you can stop it for a week.

If you can stop it for a week, then you can stop it for two weeks.

If you can stop it for two weeks, you can stop it for a month.

If you can stop it for a month, you can stop it for two months.

If you can stop it for two months, you can stop it for a year.

If you can stop it for a year, you can stop it for good.

Thinking of a world without war for World Peace Day, the International Day of Peace

It’s just like the Royal Navy advert. How ironic.

If you can fix a board, you can fix a bike, if you can fix a bike, you can fix a car. If you can fix a car then you can learn to fix a helicopter, if you can fix a helicopter, you can fix a boat, a Naval gun, a radar system, or a type 45 Destroyer.

I hope whoever reads this article will think and try to help others to live in peace. I hope that one day there will be no war in the world.

Thank you for reading.
