We’re going to the Digital Kids show!

Our own Digital Kids are so excited to be able to attend this exciting show. It’s easy to see why! As Aisha Tilstone, Producer, commented: “It’s not every day you get to meet such an amazing line up of YouTubers and have an awesome family day out. This event is all about having fun with tech and enjoying the opportunities it provides us. We wanted to keep the event in Manchester so previous and new visitors enjoy an epic day of seeing live shows with mega YouTubers and TV stars, amazing entertainment, adrenaline-fuelled activities and interact with new and emerging tech and games for the whole family.”

Attendees at the Digital Kids Show will be able to enjoy active fun showing off their skills at a Micro Scooter disco, parkour zone hosted by Salford’s own Evolve Parkour. To get you into the festive spirit, there’s even an ice rink for all ages.
A dedicated family gaming zone will provide gaming fun for the whole family. It includes a Gamer Bus, Minecraft Hub and family friendly gaming, Augmented Reality and VR.

7-11 year olds will learn about staying safe online in fun and interactive DigiSafe Cadet workshops from Barclays Code Playground. Their parents can attend sessions with Barclays Digital Eagles to learn about keeping children safe online and understand current themes of online activity popular amongst this age group.

He’s the author of two books and is a regular on TV shows like Junior Bake Off and Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.

Prolific Minecraft artist and YouTube star, The Wizard (Wizard Keen) will be holding Minecraft masterclasses for Digital Kids Show attendees. The Wizard, who possesses more than 48,000 subscribers on YouTube, is known for his Minecraft creations and videos, and for starring alongside Stampy on the Wonder Quest series.
8 year old YouTube star, Beau Koster, from Beau’s Toy Farm, will also be appearing. He has over 7,700 subscribers on YouTube where he posts reviews of toys and games. He has recently appeared on TV’s Little Big Shots with Dawn French.

Since the original show announcements, they have added such huge names to the line up, including iBallisticSquid, Clare Siobhan and Amy Lee and Big B Statz. Oh and Britain’s Got Talent’s most prolific winners, Diversity, have been announced as headliners!
